 This a beautiful and demanding itinerary, but if you are not well-trained may be it is too much difficult. The landscapes of the route are very picturesque and cross some old and charming villages.
From Misano you go towards Morciano crossing the racetrack and the “Cella”. You go up towards the “Valle del Conca” along the river until Mercatino Conca where you turn right to S.Marino. Now you face up a difficult climb, but the view of “Monte Titano” from the top will pay you back. Going to Gesso you will be astonished by the wild environment. Then you will reach Montescudo, a beautiful village with a charming view on the coast.
From here you will descent until the sea, on a road called “scenic route of the Adriatic”.
On the cliffs of the hills you cross Montecolombo and S. Clemente, villages to visit peacefully, without taking the wrong road. It is important to keep the right road at Croce: be careful at the sign “scenic route of the Adriatic”. In the last 10 km you cross Misano Monte, Scacciano and Villaggio Argentina, to enjoy a well-deserved rest after a very difficult route that give you precious physical and mental reserves. |
