Le Navi Aquarium in Cattolica is hosted inside a sumptuous building dating back to the Thirties whose shape is similar to the one of a naval fleet. Originally built as a marine colony, it was subsequently turned into a residence for the children of Italian emigrants. Following the extensive restoration works which were carried out in 2000, this building has become one of Cattolica's most popular tourist destinations.
