The History
Walking along the principal street of Rimini after crossing the Arc of August you reach the Bridge of Tiberius (started by Augustus and finished by Tiberius); it is a monument in stone of Istria and, a witness of the technological knowledge of the Romans, its arcades have held the weight of two thousands years of history and crossed uninjured the destructive power of two world wars.
