Room STANDARD: Two-bedded room in Hotel and in Annex with WC, shower, hair drier, safe, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone. Most have balcony.
Room COMFORT: Two-bedded room in Hotel with WC, shower cubicle, hair drier, safe, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, air-conditioning and balcony or French door.
Room SUPERIOR: Two-bedded room in the Hotel or in the new Residence with spacious bathroom, shower cubicle, hair dryer, large balcony, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, safe and air-conditioning. The first furniture of the mini-bar is free and every day you'll receive your favourite daily paper.

The above-stated prices refer to the three different types of room available; (STANDARD - COMFORT - SUPERIOR) and include:

- full board accommodation (buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner with a choice of three menus and vegetable buffet), fully air conditioned restaurant and public areas, use of free partly covered car park, children's games area, sun terrace and lift. (VAT included).
FOR CHILDREN SHARING A ROOM WITH 2 ADULTS:
- Children up to 1 years free or Euro 8,00 (only cradle and child care to meals);
- from 2 to 6 years, discount of 50%;
- from 7 to 15 years, discount of 25%.
- For a 3rd additional bed discount of 10% and for a 4th additional bed discount of 20%.
- SPECIAL FAMILY DISCOUNT: 1 adult and 1 child (child reduction on request)
- SPECIAL FAMILY DISCOUNT: 2 adults and 2 children under 15 sharing the same room, discount of 50% for each child.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL THEA
- In reference to bookings, the first and last day of each stay are to be considered as the day of arrival and the day of departure respectively.
For stays of less than 3 days prices will be calculated by adding the cost of any meals taken to the room rate.
- No reductions are made for meals not taken by full board guests.
The day of arrival the room will be at guest's disposal form 12:00 am and on the day of departure it must be vacated before 10:00 am (regardless of the time of arrival). |

TYPE A: One-roomed flat accommodating 2 people without kitchen facilities, per week.
TYPE B: One-roomed flat accommodating 3 people with kitchen facilities, per week.
TYPE C: Two-roomed flat with two bathrooms accommodating 5 people with kitchen facilities, per week.
TYPE D: Two-roomed flat with two bathrooms accommodating 6 people with kitchen facilities, per week.
The TYPE A oneroomed flats do not have kitchen facilities. There is a 40% supplement for an additional 3rd bed and a 60% supplement for additional 3rd and 4th beds. The TYPE C/D two roomed flats and the TYPE B one roomed flats come complete with kitchen facilities including: sink, two electric hot plates, microwave ovens, fridge and kitchen equipment. The TYPE C/D two-roomed flats dispose of two bathrooms with shower cubicle and hair drier, two satellite T.V., two safes, two direct-dial telephones, two separated air-conditioning systems and two spacious balconies while the TYPE A/B one roomed flats dispose of one bathroom with shower cubicle and hair-drier, one satellite T.V., one safe, one direct-dial telephone, one air-conditioned system and one spacious balcony. Lift and availability of use of washing machine to common use.

TRILO: Three-roomed flat with accommodating 6 people with kitchen facilities, per week.
The one-room flat is made up of 1 room with 3 beds, kitchen corner, bathroom, storeroom and balcony. It has a total surface of square metre 45.00 . The two-room flat is made up of 2 rooms (one of which with mansard roof height from cm 75 up to cm 240) with 4 beds, kitchen corner, bathroom, store-room and balcony.
It has a total surface of square metre 52.00 . The three-room flat is made up of 3 rooms (two of which with mansard roof height from cm 75 up to cm 240) with 4 beds, kitchen corner, bathroom, store-room and balcony. It has a total surface of square metre 73.00. All the apartments have kitchen corners with wash-basin, electric cooker, microwave ovens, fridge and kitchen utensils ,TV, safe, independent air conditioning and big balcony with table and chairs; one bathroom with shower box, hair-drier and washing machine.

Weeklong stays start on Sunday between 15:30 and 18:30 and end on the following Sunday at 10:00
Guests are welcome to make use of the bar and Restaurant of Hotel Thea located 20 metres away. (Buffet-style breakfast 8,00. Lunch or Dinner 16,00/22,00 ).
Rates also include a weekly change of towels and kitchen bed linen, as well as electricity, water, gas, the use of free partly covered car parking facilities, VAT and all taxes.
Final Cleaning 50,00
Cot 45,00 per week.
Cautionary deposit 50,00 per person. For stays of four or more weeks, discount of 10%.
