Prices per person per day in full board for a minimum stay of 2 days.
Prices include:
VAT, service charges, all taxes, carpark, safety lockers, exercise room, use of changing cabin on the beach, swimming pool equipment, use of beach towel, (caution deposit required), and bicycles. Untaken meals will not be reimbursed but can be substituitedby a packed lunch upon request. Animals are not allowed in the restaurant room and the public halls.
Choice between 3 lidos: Carlo at n. 5, only a short stroll away or Cesare and Umberto at n. 21/22, ideal for families with children, it offers a mini-club and a baby sitting service. Bicycles available for guests' use. The Hotel direction offers birthday and anniversary cakes and sparkling wine for honeymooners! There's a weekly Romagnole style dinner during which the Hotel offers D.O.C. wine. May and September there's a heated (24°C) swimming pool (150 sq.m.) and jet massage (32°C). External laundry available at extra charge. Welcome fruit basket in the room awaits your arrival. Tennis courts, swimming lessons can be booked from the Hotel. For guests on half board ther's lunchtime snack bar (at extra charge).

. Transfer to other airports available upon request, and at extra charge cost 50% each.
. Rooms are available from midday on the day of arrival untill 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
. The air conditioning will be turned on at the management's discretion and depending upon the weather conditions.
. For a minimum stay of 7 days the Hotel will reimburse motorway fees up to a maximum €50,00 upon presentation of the motorway receipt.
. Special 2008 refund of € 50,00 per family for those arriving by train (min. 7 days).

Prices include:
. linen with a once weekly change (bathroom lines, twice-weekly change, bed lines, once only), gas, eletricity, water and all taxes.
. The apartament is avaible from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
. The guest is responsible for all damages or breakages in the apartament, which have not been notified to the Direction upon arrival.
. Prices are per week with arrival and departure on Saturdays.
. A down payment of 30% is to be paid at the moment of the reservation.
. The remaining cost is to be settled at arrival.
. The guest of the Residence are entitled to the use of all the payable and non-payable amenities of the Hotel Madison.
Reductions:
if the apartament is rented for 3 weeks Euro 30,00 discount per week
Surcharges:
Upon request change of the towels (bath, hand and guest) Euro 4,00 per day per person.
Upon request daily cleaner with complete change of bed and bathroom linen Euro 30,00.
2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella surchages Euro 65,00 per week from 01.05 to 14.06 and from 05.09 to 30.09, from 15.06 to 04.09 Euro 80,00 per week beach number 21-23.
Deposit of Euro 50,00 is required upon arrival, reimbursable only if the apartment is left clean and in a decent state.
Early booking within 31.03.2008 5% discount for cash payment and 3% discount for VISA only credit cards.
Advance booking 60 days: Euro 30,00 discount per week, Long stays (21 days and more): Euro 30,00 discount per week.
